Terms and Conditions


1. scope of application

The online shop of the company Artliv Shop is operated under the domain www.artliv.shop For all business relations between the Artliv Shop and you, the present General Terms and Conditions (GTC) in the respective version current at the time of the conclusion of the contract apply exclusively. The Artliv Shop does not generally accept any deviating terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to these ToC, which will then become part of the individual sales contract. Changes to our general terms and conditions will be published on the website www.artliv.shop


Artliv Shop does not accept credit purchases for persons under 18 years of age. Artliv Shop reserves the right to refuse a customer's order (e.g. if the customer has provided false personal data and/or has demonstrably not paid debts).


Artliv Shop is not liable in the event that products are sold out, for image or printing errors on the website, for example errors in the product description or technical specifications, for incorrect prices and price adjustments (for example changed prices from suppliers, currency changes) or for incorrect information about whether a product is in stock. Artliv Shop is entitled to correct such errors and to change or update the information at any time.


It is our endeavour that our products are depicted as realistically as possible. However, there may be differences in both colour and brightness depending on which screen you use to visit our website.

2. contracts and orders

If you place an order in our online shop (this includes the registration for a subscription), this represents a binding offer of contract to us. After placing your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order and serving as invoice for your purchase at the Artliv shop. This order confirmation contains all details of your order (including products ordered, prices, delivery and payment conditions). With the receipt of your order confirmation, the Artliv Shop also accepts your order. This is how the purchase contract came about.

However, we reserve the right to revoke the acceptance of the purchase contract up to 24 hours after sending the confirmation email. This can be the case, for example, if the ordered goods exceed the usual household quantity or are not available.

If an incorrect price is indicated on the website for a product ordered by the customer, Artliv Shop will inform the customer accordingly and wait for the acceptance of the changed price by the customer before Artliv Shop confirms the customer's order.

Please note that purchase contracts with persons who have not yet reached the age of 14 are not legally effective. Our offer is not designed to meet the needs of children and is therefore not aimed at children: neither the nature and size of our jewellery nor the function of our website (payment options etc.) are suitable for use by children. For this reason, children are in no way addressed as customers.

When a sales contract is concluded in conformity with the law, the customer is liable for the correct transmission of data. According to common business practice, the Artliv Shop assumes that data about other persons, which you will transmit to us (for example for the delivery of gifts etc.) is correct and that the other person will be informed by you about the transmission of his or her data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract at the latest when the customer first contacts us (e.g. delivery of the gift).

3. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase contract with the Artliv Shop within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before you have received the goods. The day on which the deadline is triggered (conclusion of contract or receipt by the customer) does not count.

Withdrawal can be requested in writing by e-mail to hello@artliv.shop within the withdrawal period.

Further information about the return will be announced by email.

If the manufacture of the product is determined by the determination of the buyer/orderer and if an individual selection is made by the customer for the manufacture of the product in terms of size, finishing or copy of the product, there is no legal right of revocation of the order in accordance with § 18 para. 1 of the Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfts-Gesetz (FAGG) (Law on Distance and Away Business). The customer then has the opportunity to return the purchase via e-mail to Artliv Shop within 14 days after receiving the delivery. For this, the indication of a reason for return is required. If the reason for return is within the sphere of influence of Artliv Shop, Artliv Shop will cancel the order and refund the entire purchase amount, including return costs. If the reason is beyond the control of Artliv Shop and the shipping service provider, Artliv Shop will refund at least 50% of the purchase amount.

The consumer must return the goods properly packed. The customer is liable for lost products due to inadequate packaging or inadequate sealing of the packaging. It is always recommended to send the goods by registered or insured mail, as the customer is liable in case of loss of the shipment by the transport service provider. If the customer is an entrepreneur according to § 1 UGB, a cancellation is completely excluded.

4. Prices

On our homepage all prices are shown in Euro excluding sales tax. The prices do not include payment and shipping charges, these are indicated separately. Should export or import duties be due in the course of shipment, these are the responsibility of the customer.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland or USA) no value added tax is charged; i.e. the net amount is shown on the invoice. The import VAT must be paid additionally by the recipient on delivery.

We reserve the right to charge reminder fees in the event of late payment.


The customer can pay for his purchase in the manner indicated on the website. For more information about our different payment options and discounts, please see Customer Service. Please note that the website also sets out limitations on the payment methods available.


Artliv Shop is entitled to accept payment from the customer upon receipt of the order.

After the contract has been fully executed, your data processed for this purpose will be deleted, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data for other purposes that are legally permitted and about which we inform you in this declaration.


Artliv Shop reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods or alternatively to change the payment method if the payment method chosen by the customer does not work.

5. Payment methods

To pay the order you can choose between different methods:

- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express)

Please enter your credit card details in the order form. Our system guarantees a 100% secure data transfer: all credit card data or your account information is transmitted at all times via SSL encryption. This hides all your details from unauthorized persons, so that a misuse of your personal or credit card data can be excluded. More detailed information about SSL can be found on Wikipedia.

- PayPal

PayPal is the payment method that was developed especially for payments in online shops. It is simple, fast and secure. For this you have to register your account once under www.paypal.com awhich works like an online account. You can then shop safely and easily at most online stores without having to enter your credit card or bank account information each time.

- SOFORT Banking

The IMMEDIATE bank transfer is a quick and easy way to transfer money from your account. This option is suitable for anyone who has online access to their bank account. The option takes you directly to your bank's page and you can make the transfer directly online.

- Kauf auf Rechnung (Klarna)

Purchase on account is completely handled by the payment service Klarna. All information here: https://www.klarna.com/at/agb/


An exception are subscriptions where payment is only possible by credit card.

In the event of a refund by the seller, the corresponding amount will be credited via the payment method used at the time of purchase.

The gift certificates available at Artliv Shop can only be used in Artliv Shops online store. After the expiration date, the gift certificate can no longer be used as a means of payment and cannot be reactivated. The remaining value can also not be refunded. Your gift voucher is a document of value that must be kept safe. It cannot be paid out in cash. Lost or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced.

If goods have been paid for or partially paid for with a valid voucher, the amount will be credited back to the voucher before credit notes/return postings can be made using other payment methods.

6. Special offers

Artliv Shop may occasionally offer special offers on the website, which may have better conditions than those set out in these general conditions, for example regarding payment or the extended right of withdrawal. Such conditions apply for the duration of the special offer and for the specific products specified by Artliv Shop in connection with such offer. Artliv Shop reserves the right to withdraw such special offers at any time. When a special offer expires or is withdrawn, these general terms and conditions apply without change. Offers for certain products on the website are only valid for a limited period of time and until such products are sold out.

When purchasing products before and after the expiry of time-limited promotions, the customer does not have the right to claim a discount afterwards.

7. Delivery

We deliver to all countries worldwide. The delivery will be made to the delivery address given by you - unless otherwise agreed. All information regarding availability, shipping time or delivery are only guidelines and do not represent binding or guaranteed delivery dates. If the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract and not deliver them. In this case you will be informed immediately. Artliv Shop reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs, if such costs are incurred due to unsuccessful delivery or refused acceptance


In case of delivery delays, Artliv Shop will inform you accordingly and continue to monitor the order. If no other explicit agreements have been made and a delivery is delayed for more than 30 working days and this is not due to you as a customer, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract.


If a parcel is to be collected at a specific delivery location, the customer must do so within the period of time indicated on the corresponding notification. Parcels are normally collected in person with a valid identification document and the order number. The customer will receive a delivery notice indicating when and where the package must be collected or received. This notification can be made by e-mail, ordinary mail and, if the customer has provided a mobile phone number, also by telephone or SMS. If the parcel has not been collected from the delivery point within the time limit, it will be returned to us.

9. Products

We print our posters on 180 g uncoated premium paper with a smooth surface. The paper is FSC-certified and age-resistant. We chose 180 g uncoated paper because it gives a nice matt print without reflections and has a thickness that ensures optimal print quality.

Frames are not included.
The motifs on our posters are mostly from our own design team. We also buy motifs from selected illustrators and artists from all over the world.

What is the difference between posters and billboards? There is none! It's the same product, we just added a little variation and variety to the name.

10. Warranty


Unless expressly agreed otherwise, your warranty claims shall be governed by the statutory provisions.


The period of limitation for warranty claims for used goods is one year - in deviation from the statutory provisions. This limitation does not apply to claims based on damages resulting from injury to life, body or health or from the breach of a material contractual obligation, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligation), as well as to claims based on other damages which are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the user or his vicarious agents.


Artliv Shop reserves the right to reject complaints if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Links

Artliv Shop may provide links to other websites over which Artliv Shop has no control and companies over which Artliv Shop has no control may provide links to the website. Even though Artliv Shop tries to ensure that Artliv Shop only provides links to websites that have similar provisions regarding the protection of personal data as well as security as set forth in Artliv Shop's Privacy Policy, Artliv Shop is not responsible for the protection or confidentiality of personal data provided by the customer on other websites. The customer should be careful and read the provisions regarding personal data that actually apply to the respective website.

12. Changes to the General Conditions
Artliv Shop reserves the right to change these general conditions at any time. Changes to these general conditions will be posted on the website. Changes become valid upon acceptance of the general conditions by the customer. Otherwise they become valid 30 days after Artliv Shop has informed the customer about the changes, whereby Artliv Shop is obliged to inform the customer about the changes onthe 30-day period.

13. Severability clause
Should one or more provisions of these ToC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
